Registration & Access

Your registration is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access links, session materials, or logins with others is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse or misrepresentation is identified.

Program Content & Intellectual Property

All content, materials, presentations, videos, tools, and branding associated with QiLife Valley are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share them without written permission.

No Guarantees of Outcome

While our masterclass is designed to guide you toward transformation and abundance, results may vary based on your individual effort, life circumstances, and commitment. We make no promises of income, success, or specific personal change.

Personal Responsibility

By participating, you agree that you are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and results. The teachings are for educational and spiritual insight purposes — not medical, legal, or financial advice.

Payment & Bonus Access

If any future paid offers are introduced, all payments must be made in full unless stated otherwise. Bonus consultations or materials are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.

Modifications, Rescheduling & Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule or modify the workshop dates, format (e.g., from Zoom to another platform), or instructors as needed. In rare cases of cancellation, participants will be notified in advance.

Community Guidelines

Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Abusive language, trolling, harassment, or disruption during sessions (live or in group chat) may result in removal from the program without refund or notice.

Limitation of Liability

QiLife VAlley and its partners are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, injuries, or damages resulting from your participation. You agree to hold us harmless in all matters related to this program.
